Acceptable Use Policy

1. You are responsible for what you make

You are responsible for your prompts, the files you upload (images, video, audio, and references), and the outputs you generate, download, publish, or share. By using the Service you confirm that:

• You own, or have permission to use, everything you upload.
• For any real, identifiable person you upload or depict (face, body, voice, name, or likeness), you have that person's consent to the use, or another lawful basis for it.
• Your use of the Service and its outputs complies with the laws that apply to you.

A generated result does not mean FXI approves of it, and passing our filters does not make a use lawful. You are responsible for checking an output before you rely on it or share it.

2. Never allowed, on any plan

The following are prohibited for every account, whatever your plan or safety-filter setting. We treat them as zero tolerance: the account is terminated, and we report where the law requires or permits it.

• Child sexual abuse material, or any sexualized depiction of a minor (real, fictional or AI-generated)
• Sexual, nude or intimate imagery of any real or identifiable person, including public figures, even if you say you have their consent
• Deceptive deepfakes or impersonation of real people
• Content that is illegal where you or the depicted person live

2.1 Child safety

We prohibit any content that sexualizes minors, including drawn, animated, "aged-up", and AI-generated depictions, and any attempt to groom, exploit, or endanger a child. When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, preserve the associated records as the law requires, and cooperate with law enforcement.

2.2 Real people

Do not create or share sexual, nude, or intimate depictions of any real or identifiable person, including celebrities, athletes, politicians, and other public figures, even if the image is labelled as fake. Do not use a real person's likeness or voice to deceive others, to impersonate them, to put words in their mouth they did not say in a way a viewer could believe, or to harass, defame, or exploit them commercially without permission (their right of publicity).

2.3 Voices and audio uploads

Do not upload, record, clone, or imitate anyone's voice without their permission, and do not use a voice to impersonate a real person. Before your own audio can drive a voice or lip-sync (lip-sync, reference audio, Director Mode audio references, narration), you must confirm: "This is my voice, or I have permission from the person speaking to use it." We keep a record of that confirmation. A false confirmation breaks this policy.

Music, ambient sound, and other audio you upload must be content you own or have the rights to use, including permission from anyone whose voice is in it. To report your voice being used without consent, see Section 7.4.

3. Other prohibited uses

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or content that targets a private individual.
• Hate speech, or content that promotes violence against people based on a protected characteristic.
• Content that promotes or instructs terrorism, violent extremism, or serious violence.
• Content that encourages or instructs self-harm or suicide.
• Infringing another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property, including uploading music, footage, logos, or artwork you do not have rights to (see our DMCA policy).
• Fraud, scams, phishing, fake documents or IDs, and synthetic media intended to mislead voters about an election.
• Sharing another person's private information (doxxing).
• Any other content or activity that is illegal where you are, or where the depicted person is.
• Trying to get around our safeguards: rewording a blocked prompt to slip past moderation, using multiple accounts to evade limits or bans, or automating the Service without permission.

4. The safety filter

Every generation passes through our content moderation. Most models also run an additional model-level safety filter.

• Free accounts: the safety filter is always on and cannot be changed.
• Paid accounts: the safety filter is currently on for every account. We may offer paid accounts additional content settings for their own private generations; any such setting requires you to confirm that you are 18 or older, and sexual or nude content is not permitted on any plan.

The setting never permits anything in Sections 2 or 3. Our own moderation keeps running at every setting, and we may restrict sexually explicit or graphic content on any plan or model. We may turn the filter back on, or remove the option from an account, at any time, for example after a violation.

5. Private and public work

Paid plans: your generations are private by default. They become public only when you choose to publish or share them.

Free plan: generations and their prompts may appear in public community areas of FXI Studio. Do not include personal or sensitive information in a free-plan prompt. See our Privacy Policy.

Private does not mean unmoderated. All generations, including private ones, are automatically scanned for safety and legal compliance, and our team may review flagged content to enforce this policy and meet our legal obligations. A scan never makes private work public.

6. Enforcement

If we believe content or activity breaks this policy or the Terms, we may, at our discretion:

• Block a prompt or upload, or stop a generation before it completes;
• Remove content, or make it private;
• Turn off features, including the safety-filter setting;
• Suspend or permanently terminate the account, and refuse future accounts;
• Preserve records, including prompts, uploads, outputs, and account data, as the law requires or to protect people and the Service;
• Report to NCMEC, law enforcement, or other authorities.

Credits used on content that breaks this policy are not refunded, and credits on a terminated account are forfeited except where the law requires otherwise. Copyright repeat infringers are terminated under our repeat-infringer policy.

7. Report content or request a takedown

7.1 Intimate images and sexual deepfakes of you

If FXI Studio hosts an intimate or sexual image or video of you (real or AI-generated) that was published without your consent, email legal@fxi.studio with the subject "Takedown request". You may also send the request on behalf of the person depicted if you are authorized to act for them. Please include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough);
2. A link to, or description of, the content, with enough detail for us to find it;
3. A brief statement that you believe in good faith the content was published without the consent of the person depicted;
4. How we can contact you.

We remove content covered by a valid request within 48 hours and make reasonable efforts to remove known identical copies, as required by the TAKE IT DOWN Act. We do not require you to contact the person who posted it.

7.2 Child safety

Report suspected child sexual abuse material to legal@fxi.studio and to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org. Do not download, copy, or forward the material.

7.3 Copyright

Send copyright notices to our designated agent at dmca@fxi.studio. See our DMCA policy for what to include.

7.4 Your voice used without consent

If FXI Studio hosts audio or video that uses your voice, or a clone or imitation of it, without your permission, email dmca@fxi.studio with the subject "Voice takedown". Include a link to or description of the content, a statement that you are the person whose voice is used (or are authorized to act for them) and did not consent, and how we can reach you. We review every report, remove content that breaks Section 2.3, and act on the account that uploaded it.

7.5 Everything else

For impersonation, harassment, right-of-publicity, or other reports, email legal@fxi.studio with a link to the content and why you are reporting it.

8. Appeals

If you think we blocked or removed your content, or acted on your account, by mistake, email legal@fxi.studio with the subject "Appeal" and your account email. We review appeals in good faith. We do not reinstate content or accounts involved in child sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the law, our models, and our products change. We post the updated policy here and change the "Last updated" date. Questions:
